Coronavirus: Shipping Delays

As the world begins to recover from the global impact of Covid-19, we too are being affected by shipping delays on some parcels. Our orders are being produced and shipped/handed off in good time. Below we'll outline likely delays. Some of our orders ship in from overseas, normally this creates no issues and orders are in the hands of customers within a few days. We thank you for you patience and understanding during this time.

New Zealand

We deliver parcels in New Zealand on New Zealand post. At the moment, our hands are being tied with New Zealand post's backlog of deliveries. Their statement is that orders across Auckland may expect delivery delays of up to two weeks and five days nationally on top of normal delivery timeframes.

Australia

ScreenShield orders shipped to Australia are on International Airmail and are delivered across Australia by Australia Post. Australia Post has outlined that orders that ship in from overseas are not experiencing any arrival delays, but may be subject to delays at the local level as postal workers work through a backlog and higher than usual parcel deliveries.

We are sorry for any inconvenience that delivery delays are causing at the moment and please ask you to bear with us. Please contact us if you have any questions or have been waiting longer than two weeks for your order to be delivered.
